Our Process

1. Initial Inspection

When you bring your wheels in for refurbishment, our technicians carry out a detailed inspection to identify any cracks, bends, or buckles. We only begin work once we’re confident your wheels can be safely and effectively refurbished to our high standards.

2. Loan Wheels Provided

To keep you mobile, we offer a loan wheel service. We’ll fit a suitable set of wheels to your vehicle so you can continue driving while your own wheels are being refurbished.

3. Tyre & Valve Removal

Your tyres and TPMS sensors are carefully removed, labelled, and stored safely in our secure warehouse until your refurbishment is complete.

4. Stripping & Surface Preparation

We completely strip away the old paint, lacquer, and any corrosion using a chemical stripping process followed by sandblasting. This ensures the wheel surface is perfectly clean and ready for refinishing.

5. Repair & Straightening

If your wheel is damaged or bent, we use our precision digital wheel straightening machine to restore it to its correct shape. Any cracks or imperfections are professionally repaired by our TIG welding specialists.

6. Sanding & Smoothing

After repairs, each wheel is hand-sanded to achieve a perfectly smooth surface. This step ensures an even, flawless finish once the coating process begins.

7. Powder Coating & Painting

A high-quality powder primer coat is applied and cured, followed by your chosen colour finish. Every coating is baked to ensure maximum durability and a deep, consistent colour.

8. Diamond Cutting (if required)

For diamond-cut wheels, we use precision CNC lathe machines to create that factory-fresh, polished metal look. The wheel then receives a protective clear powder lacquer for lasting shine and protection.

9. Final Quality Control & Assembly

Each wheel undergoes multiple quality checks throughout the process, with a final inspection before reassembling. We then refit your tyres and TPMS sensors, balance the wheels, and prepare them for collection.

10. Collection & Fitting

When your wheels are ready, we’ll contact you to swap your newly refurbished set with the loan wheels. Your refurbished wheels will look as good as new — just like they came from the manufacturer.
